Shipping Policy

At Emmunoballs, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. All eligible refunds are processed using our third party payment gateway and may take 7-10 working days to appear in your original payment method. 

We stand by our product and if for any reason the product doesn’t meet your expectations, please ship the product in original packaging back to our address mentioned on the contact-us page. We will try and rectify the situation as early as possible and if we are not able to do so, refund the product value in part or full as the case may be. However, any return has to be filed with us within 7 days of delivery.

Any Product opened or consumed may not be accepted for return. The cost of  return shipping of the product will have be borne by the customer unless specified otherwise by Emmunoballs.

If you receive product in a damage conditions, please don’t accept the package and return it. We will ship replacement products in such cases.
